More aptly described as “spiritual companioning”, the process involves an hour session with a certified spiritual director who is trained to encourage a deepening relationship and greater awareness of God in our everyday lives. By listening carefully, the director can help analyze discernment questions, personal desires, fears, and spiritual insights in a totally confidential and sacred space. There is no fee and appointments are made on an as-needed basis.
